3菌共酵樱桃醋糟生产蛋白饲料的研究

         

摘要

以樱桃醋糟为原料、玉米粉为辅料,采用3菌共酵技术生产蛋白饲料.其最佳工艺条件为:硫酸铵1.5%,玉米粉20%,初始pH为6,菌种为米曲霉SC213、黑曲霉SC203、酵母菌SL-Y203,接种量11%,接种比例为1∶ 2∶ 2,发酵温度30℃.经3菌共酵后,饲料中粗蛋白含量可达38.7%,粗纤维含量降低41.3%,提高了饲料的营养价值和适口性.%Cherry vinegar'grain as the raw material, adding corn meal, protein feed was produced by three bcteria co-frmentation.The optimum conditions for protein feed production were as follows: ammonium sulfate 1.5%, corn meal 20%, initial pH 6, inoculum concentration 11% and aspergillus oryzae SC213: aspergillus niger SC203: yeast SL-Y203 = 1:2:2, fermentation temperature 30℃.The results showed that the prepared protein feed stuff contain approximately 33% of crude protein, decreased 41.3% of crude fiber content.This process greatly improved the nutritional value and the palatability of feed.
