纤维素原料生产乙醇是燃料乙醇产业发展的趋势.该文采用纤维素含量丰富的菊科植物艾蒿作为燃料乙醇的生产原料,通过研究稀盐酸浓度、液固比、处理温度、处理时间等因素于糖化率的关系,分析了这些条件对艾蒿成熟植株中纤维素预处理效果的影响.试验结果表明,过60目筛的艾蒿粉中纤维素降解的最佳工艺条件为稀盐酸浓度为2.0%、固液比1:8、处理温度为120℃、处理时间为60min时,糖化率达到12.60%.%Using cellulosic materials to produce ethanol is the trend of fuel ethanol industry. Mugwort which is rich in cellulose was used as material to produce ethanol in this paper. Four factors influencing the pretreatment effect of cellulose in the mature Mugwort, including dilute hydrochloric acid concentration, solid to liquid ratio, temperature and processing time were studied. The results showed that the optimal degradation conditions for Mugwort powder which was passed through 60 mesh sieves were as follows: dilute hydrochloric acid concentration 2.0%, the ratio of solid and liquid 1=8, reaction temperature 1 lOt and reaction time 60min. Under these conditions, saccharification rate reached 12.60%.
