抑制型IC法测定新疆雪莲养生葡萄酒中甲、乙酸根及常见阴阳离子

使用抑制型KOH梯度淋洗与甲基磺酸(MSA)等度淋洗IC法分别对新疆雪莲养生葡萄酒中的甲、乙酸根及常见8种阴离子与5种阳离子含量进行了测定.样品经活性炭脱色,0.22μm微孔滤膜过滤、稀释后进样分析.测定结果表明:阴离子样品测定平均RSD为0.44％～7.29％,平均加标回收率为91.6％～106.0％;阳离子样品测定平均RSD为0.14％～3.66％,平均加标回收率为99.2％～109.1％.该法简单、快速、准确性好,结果令人满意.%The formate, acetate, 8 common anions and 5 common cations in Xinjiang healthy snow lotus wine were determined by suppressed ion chromatography using a gradient elution with KOH as mobile phase or a isocratic elution with methyl sulfonic acid (MSA) as mobile phase. After being decolored by activated carbon, the sample was filtrated by 0.22^m microfiltration membrane and diluted before injection. The result showed that the average RSD and average recovery of anions were 0.44%~7.29% and 91.6%~106.0% respectively, while the average RSD and average recovery of cations were 0.14%~3.66% and 99.2%~109.1%, respectively. The method was simple, rapid and reliable, and the results were satisfactory.
