枫香树叶红色素提取工艺研究

摘要

利用正交试验设计和Duncan法检验,确立了枫香树叶红色素的最佳提取条件及其提取率.结果表明,用1:40(w/v)的50%vol乙醇水溶液,在80℃恒温浸提30min.提取效率较好;该法红色素提取率为82.3%.%The optimal extraction conditions and extraction efficiency of red pigment from Liquidambar formosana leaves were determined by L9(34)orthogonal test and Duncan's multiple range tests. The results showed that the highest extraction efficiency of red pigment was 82.3％ and obtained when 50％vol C2H5OH solution was used for extraction with solid-liquid ratio of 1 :40 (w/v) at 80℃ for 30min.
