以Bacillus lichcniformis为研究对象,通过单因素试验结合正交设计对其产凝乳酶培养基成分进行了优化,得到培养基成分最优组合为麸皮汁浓度16%,葡糖糖浓度为7%,酪蛋白添加量为5%,氮源添加量为5%,优化后凝乳酶活力可达134.72SU/mL,比原来提高39.93%.%The medium components for chymosin production with Bacillus licheniformis were optimized with single factor test and orthogonal experimental design. The optimum media components were as follows: extracts of wheat bran 16%, glucose 7%, casein 5%, and nitrogen source 5% and activity of chymosin could reach 1347.19 SU/ml with the optimum medium, which increased by 39.93%.
