The DPPH scavenging capacity of Ledum palustre extracts by different solvents was studied in this paper using the clearance of DPPH as the index. The extract rates of water, methanol, ethanol, ethyl acetate and acetone extracts from L. palustre reached 15.60%, 28.30%, 16.28%, 9.13%, 15.30%, respectively. The results indicated that acetone extract had high DPPH scavenging capability, which reached 93.19%. The median effective dose(IC50) and the radical scavenging activity AE (1/IC50) reached 246.06μg/mL and 0.0041, respectively. This study provided an importantly theoretical foundation for development and application of L. palustre as natural antioxidant.%用DPPH法测定杜香叶不同溶剂提取物清除自由基的能力.分别以水、甲醇、乙醇、丙酮、乙酸乙酯为溶剂对杜香叶进行提取,提取物得率分别为15.60%、28.30%、16.28%、9.13%、15.30%.其中杜香叶乙酸乙酯提取物DPPH清除率最高,可达93.19%,半抑制量IC50为246.06μg/mL,自由基清除能力AE(1/IC50为0.0041.研究表明,杜香叶有一定清除DPPH的能力.
