采用水热反应法合成了具有立方相结构的铕单掺杂、铽单掺杂、铕—铽共掺杂的氟化锶发光材料,采用粉末X-射线衍射(XRD)、荧光光谱(PL)等方法对合成的样品进行表征.结果表明,在Eu3+和Tb3+共掺杂的体系中存在电子转移现象,出现了Eu2+、Eu3+和Tb3+共存于同一基质共同发射的现象,在不同波长光的激发下得到的材料的黄光强度不同.%Eu3+ Doped, Tb3+doped and Eu3+ , Tb3+co-doped SrF2 with the pure cubic phase were prepared by hydrothermal method. The products were characterized by the X-ray diffraction (XRD). The luminescent properties of the materials were measured by excitation and emission spectra. The results indicated that the material SrF2: Eu3+ , Tb3+ had three luminescent centers Eu2+ , Eu3+ and Tb3+ , and the excitation wavelength affected its luminescent intensity for yellow light. The phenomenon may be explained by the electron transfer theory.
