This review summarizes the most recent research advances on the syntheses of 4-substituted coumarins via Pechmann reaction, with particular emphases on the type of 4-substituents and reaction conditions, particularly solid acid catalysts, Lewis acid catalysts, ionic liquids, microwave-assisted reactions and ultrasound-assisted reactions.%综述了Pechmann反应法制备4-取代香豆素类化合物的最新进展,重点就4-位取代基的类别和反应条件,特别是就新型固体酸催化剂、路易斯酸催化剂、离子液体、微波技术、超声波等在Pechmann反应中的应用进行了介绍.
