响应曲面法优化南五味子多糖的提取工艺

     

摘要

Polysaccharides from Schisandra sphenanthera Rehd.et Wils were extracted using distilled water as solvent,firstly,we investigated the effects of extraction time,liquid-solid ratio,and extraction temperature on the extraction rate by single-factor experiment.Then,based on the single-factor experiment,using extraction rate as an index,extraction time,liquid-solid ratio,and extraction temperature as variables,we studied the effects of each variable and their interactions on extraction rate by response surface methodology(RSM),and established the prediction model of quadratic polynomial regression equation.Results showed that,when extraction time was 3 h,liquid-solid ratio was 20 ∶ 1(mL ∶ g),and extraction temperature was 75 ℃,the extraction rate was the highest of 3.14%,which was close to the predicted value.%以蒸馏水为溶剂提取南五味子多糖,首先采用单因素实验考察了提取时间、液固比和提取温度对南五味子多糖提取率的影响;然后在单因素实验的基础上,以多糖提取率为指标,以提取时间、液固比和提取温度为变量,采用响应曲面法研究了各变量及其交互作用对多糖提取率的影响,并建立二次多项式回归方程预测模型.结果表明,在提取时间为3h、液固比为20∶ 1(mL∶g)、提取温度为75℃时,多糖提取率达到最高,为3.14%,且与模型预测值接近.
