羟丙基-β-环糊精与五种黄酮类物质的包合作用

     

摘要

The inclusion complexes of five flavones (hesperetin, formononetin, ipriflavone, noroxylin and 5-methyl-7-methoxy-isoflavone) with hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD) were prepared by using solution stirring method. The structure of the complexes was identified by means of infrared spectrometry and powder X-ray diffraction, and the inclusion of hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin with flavones was examined using phase solubility method. It has been found that HP-β-CD has strong inclusion capacity with all the five flavones under investigation, and the solubility enhancing ability of the five flavones is ranked as ipriflavone > hesperetin > 5-methyl-7-methoxy-isoflavone > noroxylin > formononetin.%采用溶液搅拌法制备了羟丙基-β-环糊精(HP-β-CD)与5种黄酮类物质(橙皮素、依普黄酮,新黄酮、刺芒柄花素、黄芩素)的包合物;利用红外光谱、X射线衍射等分析了包合物的组成,利用相溶解度法研究了羟丙基-β-环糊精与黄酮类物质的包合作用.结果表明,HP-β-CD与5种黄酮类物质均产生理想的包合作用,增溶顺序为:依普黄酮>橙皮素>新黄酮>黄芩素>刺芒丙花素.
