电导率在偏钒酸铵制备过程中的研究

     

摘要

Electrical conductivity is one of the important attribute in the electrolyte solution,by studying the different concentrations of vanadium vanadium solution,sink rate and initial pH value and conductivity,get the relationship between the conductivity change rule. The results show that:with the increase of solution pH,sinkingrate of vanadium and electrical conductivity became lower. At pH 9. 5,sinking of vanadium rate was 98%,and the electrical conductivity was176 us/cm,when the pH value increased to 12. 5, sinking rate of vanadium and conductivity were reduced to 68. 4%and 145. 6 us/cm. In actual production,combined with the pH of the solution in the preparation of ammonium metavanadate and vanadium concentration changes, electrical conductivity could be qualified to judge the effect of sinking vanadium.%电导率是电解质溶液的重要属性,通过研究不同浓度的钒溶液、沉钒率与初始pH值和电导率的关系,得到了电导率的变化规律。研究结果表明:随着溶液pH增加,沉钒率和电导率呈降低趋势。在pH为9.5时,沉钒率为98%,电导率为176us/cm,pH值增加到12.5,沉钒率和电导率分别降低到68.4%和145.6us/cm。在实际生产中,结合偏钒酸铵制备过程中的溶液pH和钒含量变化情况,电导率可定性判断沉钒效果。
