以维生素D2和对甲苯磺酰氯为原料,经磺酰化反应保护维生素D2羟基,再与叠氮化钠发生亲核取代得到3-叠氮维生素D2,后者与芳香炔、脂肪炔发生Click反应,合成6种具有1,2,3-三氮唑结构的新型维生素D2衍生物。目标化合物的结构经1 H-NMR、13 C-NMR、ESI-MS确认。%Vitamin D2 was condensed with p-toluene sulfonyl chloride to afford hydroxyl protected vitamin D2 by sulfonylation reac-tion. Six novel vitamin D2 derivatives were prepared via Click reaction of aromatic alkyne with 3-azide vitamin D2 ,which was synthe-sized from hydroxyl protected vitamin D2 and sodium azide. These structure of the products were confirmed by 1 H-NMR,13 C-NMR, ESI-MS.
