设计合成了两个含有二硫代氨基甲酸酯单元的香豆素荧光探针C1和C2,利用核磁、质谱对其结构进行了表征.在CH3 CN/H2 O(1:1,v/v)溶液中,探针C1和C2对Hg2+均有荧光增强作用,其中C1对Hg2+的识别效果优于C2,其他金属离子对检测影响很小,检测限可达5.9×10-6 M.%Two kinds of fluorescent probes with coumarin as fluorophore containing dithiocarbamate groups were designed and syn-thesized. The structure of C1 and C2 was characterized by NMR and MS. The probes C1 and C2 both exhibited a fluorescence en-hancement effect to Hg2+ in the mixed solution of CH3 CN/H2 O(1 : 1,v/v). Among them,the recognition effect of C1 to Hg2+was better than C2. The detection limit of C1 toward Hg2+ was 5. 9×10-6 M and non-interference from the other metal ions made it po-tentially applicable for determining Hg2+ in aqueous solution.
