超细二氧化钛纳米棒的制备及光催化性能研究

     

摘要

利用四氯化钛作钛源,采用简单的微乳液方法合成了超细TiO2纳米棒.采用X射线衍射仪和透射电子显微镜对产物进行了表征.实验结果表明:所得的超细TiO2纳米棒为金红石型,直径小于5 nm.该纳米棒对亚甲基蓝的降解有好的光催化活性.这种超细TiO2纳米棒有望成为一种新型的光催化剂而用于水处理以及空气净化中.%Ultrafine TiO2nanorods were synthesized using titanium tetrachloride(TiCl4)as titanium source by a simple microemul-sion method. The obtained product was characterized by X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy. The experimental results showed that the obtained ultrafine TiO2nanorods were rutile phase,and the TiO2nanorods had a diameter of less than 5 nm. The obtained ultrafine TiO2nanorods had good photocatalytic activity for degradation of methylene blue. The ultrafine TiO2nanorods are expected to become a new type of photocatalyst for water treatment and air purification.
