高纯度维生素E琥珀酸聚乙二醇酯制备工艺研究

         

摘要

通过分步酯化合成法制备了高纯度维生素E琥珀酸聚乙二醇酯,研究了投料比、反应温度、反应时间和溶剂用量等因素对产品纯度及收率的影响,确定了最佳反应条件及提纯工艺。该研究表明此合成提纯工艺方法简单安全,易于操作,适合工业化生产。该研究结论为高收率高纯度维生素E琥珀酸聚乙二醇酯合成工艺选择提供一种参考。%The high pure vitamin E succinate( TPGS) was prepared by stepwise esterification. The effects of the product purity and yield by the factor of the ratio of raw materials, the reaction temperature, the reaction time and the amount of the solvent were studied. The optimum reaction conditions and the process of the purification were deter-mined. The results showed that the synthesis and the process of the purification were simple, safe, easy to operate and suitable for industrial production. The research provided references for the choice of the synthesis of TPGS.
