电化学检测食品中重金属铅、镉含量

摘要

In the current detection of heavy metals,spectroscopy and electrochemical detection methods have been widely promoted and applied.Especially in the detection of heavy metals such as lead and cadmium in food,the high accuracy and low cost of electrochemical detection methods have been sought after by most researchers.The development of the method not only promotes the innovation and application of detection technology,but also guarantees food quality and safety.In this paper,the detection of heavy metals such as lead and cadmium in food is summarized,the pretreatment technology of electrochemical detection is analyzed,and the electrochemical detection technology is analyzed and studied.%在当前的重金属检测中,光谱法和电化学检测法受到了广泛的推广和应用,尤其是电化学检测方法在针对食品中重金属铅、镉的含量检测时,自身具有的高精准度和成本低廉受到了大部分研究人员的追捧,电化学检测方法的发展不仅促进了检测技术的创新和应用,更使食品质量安全得到了一定的保障.主要针对食品中重金属铅、镉的检测做概述,分析电化学检测的前处理技术,对电化学检测技术进行了分析和研究.
