一类新型咪唑啉衍生物的协同缓蚀效应研究

         

摘要

The inhibition of imidazoline for carton steel A3 in 5% HC1 solution by weight-loss method and the effect of various conditions on alkenyl imidazoline-quaternary ammonium salt (OED) were studied. Synergistic effect among thiourea, isopropanol and OED was studied, the inhibition regularity of imidazoline compounds, and analysized the influence regularity of reaction time and addition of Cl-, Fe3+ on carton steel A3 in acidification solution were discussed . The results showed that this compound had fine protection to A3 steel and perfect synergistic effect with thiourea. When the weight ratio of OED, thiourea and isopropanol is 2:1:1, the solution can get the best inhibition effect.%本文采用失重法研究了大庆油田设计院合成的烯基咪唑啉季铵盐(OED)在5%的HCl溶液中与硫脲和异丙醇对A3钢的协同缓蚀效应,并考察了作用时间以及加入Fe3+、Cl-对A3钢在HCl中腐蚀行为的影响规律.结果表明,烯基咪唑啉季铵盐对A3钢具有很好的保护作用,且与硫脲间有较好的协同缓蚀效应;当OED与硫脲、异丙醇按照2:5:5比例混合效果时缓蚀效果达最佳.
