离子色谱法检测生物丁醇中的无机阴离子

摘要

采用H2O2处理生物丁醇样品,并以离子色谱抑制电导法检测其中Cl-等无机阴离子的浓度,检出限为0.5～2.0μg/L(S/N=3),回收率为96.8％～102.2％,重现性范围为0.59％～0.84％.该法可于14 min内完成,操作快速,无丁醇基体干扰,灵敏度高,重现性好.%After H2O2 treatment, Cl- and some inorganic anions in butanol sample were determined by ion chromatography with suppressed conductivity detection. The detection limits ( S/N=3 ), recovery and reproducibility were in the range of 0.5-2.0 μg/L, 96.8%-102.2% and 0.59%-0.84%, respectively. The analytical period is short (in 14 min) and the method showed no butanol matrix interference, higher sensitivity, and good reproducibility.
