离子色谱法测定电厂水中的有机酸和无机阴离子

         

摘要

建立离子色谱梯度淋洗抑制电导法测定电厂水中有机酸和无机阴离子的方法。选用IonPac AG11–HC(50 mm×4 mm)阴离子保护柱和IonPac AS11–HC(250 mm×4 mm)阴离子分析柱对样品进行分离,以氢氧化钾溶液梯度淋洗,自再生抑制电导检测器检测,同时测定电厂水中的有机酸和无机阴离子。F–,Cl–,NO2–,Br–,NO3–的线性范围为0.005~2 mg/L,CH3COO–,HCOO–,SO42–,PO43–的线性范围为0.01~5 mg/L,各组分线性相关系数为0.9989~0.9993,检出限为0.122~0.989 ng/mL,测定结果的相对标准偏差小于2.0%(n=7),样品加标平均回收率为97.9%~101.7%。该方法操作简便,实用性强,可以用于电厂水中有机酸和无机阴离子的检测。%A method for the simultaneous determination of organic acids and inorganic anions in power plant water by ion chromatography with gradient elution and conductivity detection was established. The chromatographic separation was performed on AG11–HC (50 mm×4 mm) guard column and IonPac AS11–HC (250 mm×4 mm) analytical column by using potassium hydroxide solution as eluent with a self-regeneration suppressor. Organic acids and inorganic anionins in power plant water were detected. The linear range was 0.005–2 mg/L for F–,Cl–,NO2–,Br–,NO3–and 0.01–5 mg/L for CH3COO–,HCOO–,SO42–,PO43–. The correlation coefficients were 0.998 9–0.999 3,and the detection limits were 0.122–0.989 ng/mL. The relative standard deviations of detection results were less than 2.0%(n=7). The standard addtion recoveries were 97.9%–101.7%. The method is simple,practical,which can be used for simultaneous determination of organic acids in power plant water.
