米糠油工业化制取关键技术研究现状和进展

摘要

近年来，米糠油产业发展规模越来越大，但是在米糠油制备精炼过程中仍然存在一些技术难点和瓶颈问题，极大地限制了产业发展速度。该文简单地归纳概括了目前米糠工业化生产主要采用的稳定化处理、米糠油制备以及精炼的技术和方法，以期为米糠油产业快速发展提供理论基础。%In recent years,the industryof rice branoil has been well developed.However,the industrial development is greatly limited by some technical difficulties and bottleneck problems in the extraction and refiningof rice branoil. This paper briefly summarized the stabilizing treatment as well as the methods and technologies about the extraction and refiningof rice branoil which used in the industrial production,inorder to provide a theoretical basis for the speedy developmentof rice branoil industry.
