萃取法富集蓖麻油酸甲酯工艺研究

     

摘要

Purifying methgl ricinoleate were studied by two kinds of liquid–liquid extraction. Direct extraction of the raw material used the mixture of petroleum ether(60~90 ℃)and 90% aqueous methanol(volume ratio)to purify methyl ricinoleate from castor oil methyl esters. The yield reached more than 86%,and the mass fraction reached more than 97%. The extraction of adding the sunflower oil used 90%aqueous methanol to purify methyl ricinoleate from castor oil methyl esters and refined sunflower oil. The yield reached more than 86%,and the mass fraction reached more than 94%. The experimental results indicated that yields of the two methods were equal,however,the operation of direct extraction of the raw material was complicated,the mass fraction of methyl ricinoleate was higher,and the operation of the extraction of adding the sunflower oil was simple,the mass fraction of methyl ricinoleate was lower.%采用两种液液萃取的方法对蓖麻油酸甲酯的提纯进行了研究,原料直接萃取法采用石油醚(60~90℃)和90%(体积比)甲醇水溶液的混合物做萃取剂从蓖麻油甲酯混合物中萃取得到蓖麻油酸甲酯,收率达到86%以上,质量分数达到97%以上。葵花油添加萃取法采用90%甲醇水溶液从蓖麻油甲酯和精炼葵花油的混合物中萃取得到蓖麻油酸甲酯,收率同样达到86%以上,质量分数达到94%以上。实验表明两种方法收率一致,而原料直接萃取法操作复杂,所得蓖麻油酸甲酯质量分数高,葵花油添加萃取法操作简单,所得蓖麻油酸甲酯质量分数相对低。
