气相色谱法检测增香大米中的2-乙酰基吡啶

摘要

In order to strengthen the supervision of rice production and sales,and effectively crack down on the illegal acts offake rice,the determination method of 2-acetyl-pyridine in scented rice by gas chromatography was developed.The sampleswere extracted with 1.5 mol/L HCl,then the extracted solution was extracted with absolute ether.The chromatographic pa-rameters were as follows:injection amount of 2μl,column temperature of 140℃,detector temperature of 300℃,flow rate of1.5 ml/min.The results showed that:calibration graphs had good linear relationship when 2-acetyl-pyridine amount was in therange of 20~200μg/ml.The limit of detection was 10 mg/kg and limit of quantitation was 20 mg/kg.The recovery rate wasbetween 85.08%~96.33%.%为了加强对大米生产和销售的监管，有效打击大米造假的不法行为，建立了快速检测增香大米中2-乙酰基吡啶的气相色谱方法。样品采用1．5 mol/L盐酸溶液提取，提取液经无水乙醚萃取后进样分析。色谱条件为：进样量2μl，柱温140℃，检测器温度300℃，流速1．5 ml/min。该方法条件下，2-乙酰基吡啶在20～200μg/ml范围内线性关系良好，检出限为10 mg/kg，定量限为20 mg/kg。回收率达到85．08％～96．33％。
