Nafion/PDDAC固相微萃取富集测定大米中2-乙酰基吡咯啉

     

摘要

以普通点样毛细管作为固体萃取头研究仪器,运用Nafion和聚二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵(PDDAC)修饰点样毛细管,以气相色谱仪研究该修饰头对大米中2-乙酰基吡咯啉的吸附作用。研究优化了影响2-乙酰基吡咯啉萃取的解吸温度和时间等实验条件,目标分子的线性范围为0.50-8.00 ng·mL-1,方法的检测限为0.10 ng·mL-1,将实验结果应用于2批大米样品的实际测定。%This study proposed an approach using Nafion as a binder to immobilize poly (diallyldimethylammoni-umchloride) (PDDAC) on a common capillary to prepare PDDAC-Nafion coated fiber. The adsorption of target molecule (2-acetyl-1-pyrroline, 2-AP ) in rice on the fiber was tracked by gas chromatography. We investigated and optimized the experimental parameters related to extraction efficiency such as desorption temperature, des-orption time and extraction time. The linear regression of 2-AP is found to be from 0.50 to 8.00 ng·mL-1,and the detection limit 0.10 ng·mL-1. This proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of 2-AP in rice samples.
