我国手球运动员运动损伤研究现状

摘要

Through using the method of literature review and interview, this paper analyzes the characteristic of sports injury in handball, injury mechanism and prevention measures, explains the tendency and status of sports injury of our handball players. The main purpose is to provide the reference for coaches instructing handball trai - ning, preventing sports injury and boosting the recovery.%本文通过文献资料法和访谈法，从手球运动损伤的特征、损伤机制及预防措施等方面进行归纳分析，进一步阐述我国手球运动员运动损伤的研究现状与趋势，为教练员指导手球训练，预防运动损伤或加速损伤后的恢复提供一定的参考。
