高等学校公共体育教学改革的再思考--兼读《高等学校体育工作基本标准》

2014年6月教育部制定了《高等学校体育工作基本标准》（以下简称《基本标准》），《基本标准》的颁布标志着高校体育工作“国标”出台，高校体育工作将形成一套相对完整的标准体系对其进行规范化管理。本文通过对《基本标准》的出台背景、内容体系和亮点的解读，重新思考高等学校公共体育教学改革，提出高校公共体育教学改革的改革方向和思路。%In June 2014,the Ministry of Education formulated "Basic Standards of Sports Works in Colleges"(in short Basic Standards).The promulgation of Basic Standards marks the setting up of 'a national standard'of sports work in colleges.A relatively comprehensive system will be formed to rationalize the management of sports work in colleges.Through an interpretation of the background,content and highlights of Basic Standard,this paper will rethink the reform of public sports work in colleges and put forward ideas and directions for it.
