浅谈体育院校羽毛球专项教学中多球训练法的运用

摘要

本文主要采用文献资料法和逻辑分析法对体育院校羽毛球专项教学中的多球训练法进行研究，探讨多球训练法在专项教学中的运用。研究表明在专项教学中采用多球训练法有助于学生掌握羽毛球技术动作、培养战术意识和提高专项运动素质。在专项教学中采用多球训练法时教师应注意供球速度、频率、落点和线路的变化，严格控制练习的球数、组数和时间间隔，遵循循序渐进的原则。为多球训练法在专项教学中的运用提供指导。%This essay focuses on the application of multi -shuttlecock teaching in sport colleges by using the methods of literature and logical analysis.Results show that the application of multi-shuttlecock in teaching is helpful for students to master badminton skills,cultivate tactical consciousness and improve sport specific performance.Teachers should demonstrate step by step and pay attention to the change of shuttlecock speed served,frequency,drop points and route,as well as strictly control shuttlecock numbers and sets.The aim of this paper is to provide guidance for the application of multi-shuttlecock training in specific badminton teaching.
