不同球类团体游戏在趣味网球课的应用

摘要

Tennis is one of the most difficult programs in ball sport and the difficulty of learning it has caused many students to give up due to their poor mastery.In teaching,traditional tennis teaching emphasizes mechanical backswing and swing action.Repeated and boring practice is also the major reason for the loss of students’ interest.Taking the basic techniques of tennis forehand,backhand,serve and volley,the paper designs fun tennis teaching method for the 5 group competitive programs with the intention to improve students’study interest, consolidate basic techniques of tennis by fun teaching and cultivate the spirit of team honor in group competition. The paper hopes to transform tennis class from boredom to interest and students’learning from passive to positive.%网球是球类运动里面困难度最高的项目之一，由于难度高不易学习，学生常常因为无法掌握要领而打退堂鼓。另外在教学方面，传统式的网球教学，注重机械式的拉拍挥拍动作，反复且枯燥的练习也是让学生无法提起兴趣的主因，本文针对网球正手拍、反手拍、发球、截击等基本技术，应用它种球类运动设计了五个团体竞赛项目的趣味网球教学法，希望藉由趣味教学提升学生学习兴趣，加强网球基本技术，并且在团体竞赛里培养团队荣誉精神，希望让网球课由无趣变有趣，学生学习有被动变为主动。
