浅谈传统武术文化在武术教学中的传承与创新

摘要

传统武术文化是我国民族在经历数千年的变革中遗留下的宝贵遗产，其所囊括的文化精神是博大精深的，诸如古典哲学、美学、军事学等内容。高校武术教学中传统武术文化的传承与创新影响着我国武术事业的进步和发展，因此加强在武术教学中传统武术文化的传承是尤为必要的。本文从传统武术文化的意义以及当前教学中存在的问题进行简要分析探讨，对如何在教学中更好的传承传统武术文化提出相关策略以供借鉴。%Traditional martial arts culture is a precious heritage left behind by the Chinese people in thousands of years’reform.Its profound cultural spirit includes content of classic philosophy,aesthetics and military.The inheritance and innovation of traditional martial arts culture in university martial arts teaching has influence on the progress and development of Chinese martial arts undertakings.Thus,it is particularly necessary to strengthen the inheritance of traditional martial arts in university martial arts teaching.The paper conducts brief analysis and exploration on the meaning of traditional martial arts culture and problems existing in current teaching and proposes corresponding strategy on how to better inherit traditional martial arts culture in teaching to provide reference.
