试析带绳网球在高校网球俱乐部教学实践中的运用

摘要

Interest and health are important goals of current tennis club teaching .Through literature method , the paper explores the necessity and feasibility of applying rope tennis in college club teaching practice with the intention to provide help for college sports development and college students ’ physical fitness promotion in the new period.%兴趣与健康是当下网球俱乐部教学的重要目标。通过文献资料等方法对带绳网球在高校俱乐部教学实践中运用的必要性和可行性进行探索，希望能为新时期高校体育开展和大学生体质健康促进提供帮助。
