In order to understand the present situation of junior middle school women football teams, by using questionnaire survey, interview and statistical methods, this paper investigates and analyzes the 13 teams in 2016 China junior middle school women campus football league finals.The paper mainly describes and analyzes the grades structure, academic periods, educational approaches, training motivations and playing motivations of players, as well as sexual structure, training periods, education qualifications, certification levels, and restriction factors of coaches.It also offers related suggestions based on the following.%为了解目前初中女子校园足球队伍建设的现状,通过问卷调查法、访谈法和数据统计法,对参加2016年中国初中女子校园足球联赛总决赛的13支参赛队伍进行了调查与分析.主要对参赛运动员的年级机构、所在学校的学制、培养方式、训练和比赛动机,以及参赛队伍教练员的性别结构、执教时间、学历、等级认证、认为的制约因素等方面做出了现状描述和分析,并在此基础上提出了相应的建议.
