从运动生理学视角剖析800米项目速度耐力的训练方法

         

摘要

本文通过文献资料法、访谈法等主要研究方法,针对从生理学视角下800米运动项目速度耐力的训练方法研究探讨与分析,文章从高考体育测试800米项目的特点、以及800米的供能系统特点、以及800米的训练手段与方法,围绕这三个方面进行论述.速度耐力对于800米来说,非常的重要,特别是对于参加高考的考生来说,速度耐力越强,那么运动员的成绩就会越好,对理想的学府更进一步.那么如果要想有效快速的提高800米运动成绩,最好的途径就是根据800米项目特点来安排特定训练计划.希望通过本文的完成,可以帮助高考体育测试生在800米项目上,可以有一定的提高,从而提高我国基层青少年运动员的竞技水平.%Through literature, interviews and other research methods, this paper studies the training methods of endurance and speed of 800 meters from the sports physiology from the perspective of discussion and analysis.The paper chooses 3 aspects as the discussion objects-characteristics of sports college entrance test, characteristics of energy supply system, as well as training means and methods of 800 meters.Speed endurance is very important for 800 meters, especially for the candidates to participate in the college entrance examination, better speed endurance means better performance and getting nearer to their ideal colleges.The effective way of improving 800m race performance is to arrange specific training plan according to its specific features.This paper aims to help the college entrance examination students in the 800 m hope improve their performance, and to improve the competitive performance for primary level junior athletes.
