协同创新背景下体育类实践教学资源优化配置研究

摘要

Practice teaching resources are the carrier of cultivating sports talents education in colleges and universities,and it is also an important guarantee for the cultivation of sports talents.At present,it is an indisputable fact that the shortage of physical education teaching resources in colleges and universities in our country.The integration and optimization of physical education teaching resources can make up for the shortage of resources in a certain extent.In this paper,starting from the perspective of collaborative innovation of colleges and universities,the connotation and significance of physical education teaching resources are expounded.The problems of the optimal allocation of sports resources are analyzed,and the relevant countermeasures are put forward:Improve the awareness of the development of sports teaching resources,improve the practical teaching resources management system construction and promote the practice of teaching base outside the school sports and so on.%实践教学资源是高校培养体育人才教育活动的载体，也是体育人才培养质量的重要保障。目前，我国高校体育类实践教学资源短缺是不争的事实，对体育类实践教学资源进行整合和优化配置在一定程度上能够弥补资源总量不足等问题。本文从高校协同创新视野出发，对体育类实践教学资源的内涵和意义进行了阐述，分析了体育资源优化配置出现的问题，并提出了相关对策，即：提高体育类实践教学资源开发的意识、完善体育类实践教学资源管理制度建设和推进校外体育类实践教学基地等。
