摘要

体育理论课程数字化教学资源的建设和应用拓展了教学时空、丰富了教学内容，高校体育教师要更新教学观念，改进教学方法，通过组建团队建设课程资源，通过教研促指导教学实践。%The construction and application of digital teaching resources in sports theory curriculum has expanded the teaching time and space,enriched the teaching contents.College PE teachers should update the teaching concept,improve the teaching methods and construct the curriculum resources through teaching team.
