喹唑啉酮类化合物的生物活性研究进展

摘要

Quinazolinone derivatives are a class of nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds, they attract great attention due to their broad spectrum of biological activities, and have been the focus of medicinal chemistry research. This article briefly describes research advances in biological activity of quinazolinone derivatives at home and abroad in recent years.%　　喹唑啉酮类衍生物是一类具有良好生物活性的含氮杂环化合物，因其具有广泛的生物活性而引起人们的关注，其在医药和新型高效农药创制中起着重要作用，一直是药物化学研究的重点。本文简要介绍了近几年来国内外对喹唑啉酮类化合物的生物活性研究进展。
