胭脂鱼致病性嗜水气单胞菌的分离鉴定及药物敏感试验

             

摘要

A strain bacterium (YFYZY­001) was isolated from the viscera of juvenile Chinese sucker Myxocyprinus asiaticus and identified as Aeromonas hydrophila by ATB expression automatic microbiological assay system. The strain bacterium YFYZY­001 was found to have a sequence of 1 453 base pair (bp) from GenBank with accession number KF242091 by 16S rDNA sequence analysis, with similarity value of 99%with other A. hydrophila strains. A phylogenetic tree from GenBank database revealed that the strain YFYZY­001 was clustered with A. hydrophila, indicating that the strain YFYZY­001 was identified as A. hydrophila. An artificial infection proved that the strain YFYZY­001 had pathogenicity to the examined grass carp and carried virulence factors by detection. The antibiotic sensitivity test of 22 antimicrobial agents showed that the strain YFYZY­001 was sensitive to 15 antibiotics, including streptomycin.%从患病胭脂鱼(Myxocyprinus asiaticus)幼鱼内脏中分离到一株细菌(YFYZY­001),ATB Expression 型微生物鉴定系统显示:该菌株为嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)。16 S rDNA分析得到1条长度为1453 bp的核苷酸序列(GenBank登录号为KF242091);Blast分析显示:该分离株与嗜水气单胞菌的同源性达99%,在系统发育树上与A. hydrophila聚为一支。鉴定结果确认:菌株YFYZY­001为嗜水气单胞菌。人工回归感染试验和毒力因子检验表明分离的嗜水气单胞具有强毒力的致病性。药敏试验结果显示:该菌对22种抗菌药物中的链霉素等15种药物敏感。
