医药装备人才培养新实验教学模式改革探讨

         

摘要

On the basis of the traditional experimental teaching mode in medical equipment, we establish a kind of experimental teaching mode with its quality guarantee mechanism that can adapt to the education for the medical equipment engineers. By studying the new incentive mechanism that stimulates students and teachers to participate in the innovation experiment and improve the quality of experimental teaching, we study on the construction of the "ESH" joint experimental platform that is jointed by the enterprises, schools and hospitals;study on the mode of "ETD" experimental teaching team that is cooperated by engineers, teachers and doctors. Compared with traditional experimental teaching in medical equipment, the innovative experimental teaching in medical equipment shows greater advantage in various aspects. The innovative experimental teaching system in medical equipment is suitable for the experimental course system in professional medical equipment. The new experimental teaching mode has great theoretical significance in the training for innovative senior specialized talents in medical equipment.%在医药装备传统型实验教学模式基础上,建立一套适应医药装备工程师教育的实验教学模式及其质量保障机制.研究激励学生和教师参与创新实验、 提高实验教学质量的新型"激励机制",建立以"企业、 学校、 医院"联合的"产学医"联合实验平台,探索以"工程师、 教师、 医师"合作的"三师型"实验教学团队模式.相比于医药装备传统型实验教学,医药装备创新型实验教学体系在各方面均表现出较大优势,适用于当代医药装备专业的实验课程体系,对研究工程型、 创新型医药装备高级专门人才的培养具有重要理论意义.
