Discuss on New Measures and Mode of Athletics Sports Reserve Talents Cultivation in Hunan Province

摘要

Although Hunan province has obtained some achievements in the cultivation of athletic reserve talents, the status quo is not optimistic due to the system restriction and the impact of sports atmosphere. To keep sustained development, we should exert the guiding function of the government, strengthen the legislative guarantee, deepen structural reforms, and allocate resources optimally. The deeper integration of education and physical system must be accelerated relied on the education system, and the enthusiastic participation and depth cooperation between social forces and clubs should be promoted to form join forces and produce win-win situations. Sound, responsible and incentive management mechanisms need to be established for overall arrangements and scientific training, promoting the high quality, effective and rapid development of sport reserve talents cultivation in our province.
