变速运转球轴承保持架的动态性能仿真分析

     

摘要

A special type of motor needs to be repeated to complete the acceleration,deceleration or zero-crossing movement in a very short period of time.The operation condition of bearings is harsh and the dynamic performance of cages is more complex.The force on cages,slipping rate and trajectory of cages centroid under constant-speed and variable-speed condition are compared and analyzed by setting up the simulation model of variable-speed bearings.Compared with constant-speed,the impact force on cage of the variable speed bearing is larger,the running track of cage is relatively disordered.There is a serious slip of balls in the groove after changing the bearing speed,which cause cage force,slipping rate,the force between cage and balls or guide ring increased dramatically.%某型号特种电动机在工作状态下需反复在极短的时间内完成加速、减速或过零运转,该工况下轴承的运转状态恶劣,保持架的动态性能复杂.通过建立变速运转轴承仿真模型,分析对比了匀速和变速运转条件下轴承的保持架受力、打滑率以及保持架质心运动轨迹.结果表明:与匀速运动轴承相比,变速运转轴承的保持架受到的瞬间碰撞力更大,保持架运转轨迹相对紊乱;变速运转轴承在转速换向后,钢球在沟道内会出现严重打滑现象,引起保持架打滑率、保持架与钢球以及引导套圈的作用力急剧增大.
