摘要

The nonrepetitive runout (NRRO) of the rotational frequency of a cage is caused mainly by the diameter differences of balls contained in one bearing and the unequal orbital intervals of the balls. In this paper, we researched the influence of some conditions of cage on the NRRO of rotational frequency of the cage in a ball bearing. The results are summarized as follows: (1) The NRRO of rotational frequency of the cage increased as the unbalance of cage and rotational speed increased. (2) The NRRO of rotational frequency of the cage received influence from the posture of the cage. In the rotational accuracy at the nanometer level, it became clear that the cage was a very important factor in a ball bearing.
