基准修正法是以设计合理、经过生产检验已成型的某种规格的MH/Ni电池为参照基准,进行缩放,并综合考虑电池尺寸特点、用电设备的具体使用要求,按照一定的规律进行修正,从而对电池极片尺寸、活性物质用量、电解液用量、隔膜尺寸及电池结构等进行优化设计。本研究采用基准修正法成功地开发设计了一系列具有高容量、长寿命(标准寿命>800次,1C5快速充放寿命>500次)、优良的负载特性和高倍率充放电能力、安全可靠、无污染的封口化成MH/Ni电池。%Reference-modification method,based on a certain type ofwell-designed battery which had been examined in production process,took battery size and requirements of instruments into consideration,then modified the design parameters according to a certain rule.By doing so,the parameters of the battery such as size of electrodes,amount of active materials,quantity of electrolyte,size of separator were obtained and optimized.Through the reference-modification method,a series of MH/Ni batteries were developed and designed with excellent performances such as high capacity,long cycle life(standard cycle life was over 800 cycles,and charge/discharge at 1C5 cycle life surpasses 500 cycles),super discharge characteristics,reliable safety and being friendly to environment.
