The mode of production of two-phase nanocomposite for use in nickel-hydrogen (Ni-MH) batteries is characterised by the fact that the nanomaterial constituent Ti2Ni is produced by the mechanical synthesis process involving the mass of 5:1 powder grinders in the argon atmosphere, of the elements in the form of titanium powders, less than 45m, of purity 99; nickel 3-7 m, of purity 99,9; palladium 74 m, of purity 99,95; in time 8h. Heat treatment consisting of the boiling of powders obtained by mechanical synthesis at temperature 700-800,C/0,5 h is then applied.favourable 750/0,5 h. The composition of the nanocrystalline Ti2Ni powder from 3% to 7%,favourable 5% weight Pd/ from 3% to 7%,favourable 5% weighted polyvalent carbon nanotubes of the outer diameter of 7-12 nanometers, of the length 0,5-10 m, of purity greater than 90; in the process of 1-minute grinding.
