内压用于镍氢电池充电控制及SOC估算

         

摘要

The changing law of internal gas pressure of D6000 type power MH/Ni battery during charging or standing process was studied.It was found that under a constant temperature, the equilibrium internal gas pressure was approximately linear to its state of charge (SOC) ,the change of internal gas pressure was before those of temperature and voltage, the internal gas pressure or its changing rate could be used to determine the upper limit of charging. Compared with the one without internal gas pressure control,the battery with internal gas pressure control could increase 10.9% and 12.0% of coulomb efficiency and energy efficiency in the charging process at 30 A, respectively. At the end of charging process, the maximum temperature of the surface decreased 3.9 ℃ ,the temperature rising rate decreased 0.036 3 ℃/s.%研究了D6000型动力镍氢电池充电及静置过程的内部气体压力变化规律,发现在恒定温度下,平衡内压与荷电状态(SOC)近似呈线性关系,内压变化提前于温度及电压的变化,可周内压或其变化率来判定充电上限.有内压控制的电池与无内压控制的相比,在30 A充电过程中的充电库仑效率提高10.9%,能量效率提高12.0%;充电结束时的表面最高温度降低3.9℃,升温速率降低0.036 3℃/s.
