锂离子电池高能量密度负极配方

         

摘要

Charge-discharge characteristics of the Li-ion battery with the anode of 94.5% mass content of active material and 4% mass content of CMC/SBR(mass ratio 3 : 5), or 96.5% mass content of active material and 2.0% or 2.5% mass content of acry-lonitrile multi-copolymer LA133 were compared. The cell expansion,cycle performance and safety performance were investigated. The cell with the anode of 2.5% LA133 had the best comprehensive performance,exhibited a energy density of 455 Wh/L at the current of 1.00 C (3.0 ~ 4.2 V), 10.44% higher than the cell with the anode of 4.0% mass content of CMC/SBR. The capacity retention was more than 91% after 300 cycles at the current of l.00 C (3.0~4.2 V) .Environment and safety test showed that the battery had high environment adaptability and reliability.%对比了粘结剂羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)/丁苯橡胶(SBR)(质量比3∶5)含量为4.0%、活性物质含量为94.5%及粘结剂丙烯腈多元共聚物LA133含量分别为2.0%和2.5%、活性物质含量为96.5%的负极组装的锂离子电池的充放电特性,对电芯膨胀情况、循环性能和安全性能等进行了分析.当LA133含量为2.5%时,负极组装的电池综合性能最好,在3.0~4.2V充放电,1.00 C放电的能量密度达455 Wh/L,比CMC/SBR含量为4.0%的负极组装的电池提高了10.44%;1.00C循环300次的容量保持率达91%以上.环境和安全测试结果表明:电池的环境适应性强,可靠性高.
