体验式教学结合 PBL教学法在骨科实习中的应用

     

摘要

Orthopedic internship is strongly professional with complex and special examination concerning many aspects , under the fast development of new theory ,new technology and new business .We reformed the teaching mode in orthopedic internship by combing experiential teaching with problem based learning ( PBL) .Considering students ’ cognitive characteristics and laws ,it creates actual or repeated situation to present teaching content .At the same time,it emphasizes the students ’ active learning by involving students in problem inquiry and cooperation ,to form problem solving skills and the ability of autonomous learning .Generally it is a kind of new teaching mode which can arouse students ’ interest and improve students ’ comprehensive ability .%骨科实习专业性强,涉及面广,专科检查复杂,新理论、新技术、新业务发展快。通过体验式教学与以问题为导向的教学方法( problem-based learning ,PBL)结合,将实习期间授课模式进行改革。根据学生的认知特点和规律,通过创造实际的或重复经历的情境和机会,呈现或再现教学内容。同时强调学生的主动学习,使学习者投入于问题中,通过自主探究和合作,形成解决问题的技能和自主学习的能力,是一种能够激起学生主动学习兴趣、提高学生综合能力的教学方法。
