分子影像在于细胞治疗缺血性心脏病中的应用

         

摘要

Stem cell therapy may ameliorate heart failure by promoting neovascularization,regenerating cardiac tissue,and recruiting resident stem cells.Several clinical trials have shown beneficial effects of stem cell transplantation to improve cardiac function in ischemia heart disease.However,to fully understand the beneficial effects of stem cell therapy,investigators must be able to track the biology and physiology of transplanted cells in living subjects over time.Molecular imaging,a multidisciplinary field which provides integrated information on specific molecules of interest within the cells of living subjects and thus holds great promise as an effective way to track the transplanted cells.%目前,干细胞应用于临床治疗缺血性心脏疾病已取得了一定的疗效.然而干细胞移植后的的动态变化难以被量化,同时干细胞在体内的过程及其作用机理尚不清楚.分子影像作为一门新兴交叉学科,能够在分子水平上对人体内部生理或病理过程进行无损伤的、实时的成像,为干细胞治疗缺血性心脏病提供了一种有效的监测手段.
