轿车车门密封条结构的数值分析与改进设计

         

摘要

运用非线性连续介质力学理论和有限元分析方法,评估某轿车车门密封条的插拔特性.采用MSC.MARC建立密封条结构模型并进行分析,求得密封条插拔力.分析结果与试验结果的误差在合理范围内,表明了数值模拟方法可以有效求解密封条插拔过程中的高度非线性问题.但两种结果均超出插入力设计值,对密封条结构进行改进后满足了该密封条产品的设计要求.%By applying the theory of nonlinear continuum mechanics and finite element analysis technique, the insertion and withdrawal characteristics of a car door weatherstrip seal are evaluated in this paper. Specifically, by building a model for weatherstrip seal, which is then analyzed with MSC. Marc, the forces required for inserting and withdrawing weatherstrip seal are obtained. The error of analysis compared with test results are within the reasonable range, indicating that the numerical simulation can effectively solve the highly nonlinear problem in weatherstrip seal insertion and withdrawal. However, both results of inserting and withdrawing forces exceed the design value. After the improvement by modifying the structure of weatherstrip seal, it meets the design requirements.
