双十字轴万向节中间轴相位角优化设计

         

摘要

Research is made to the adjustment method of double cross shaft universal joint yoke phase angle of automotive steering system, with the minimum transient fluctuation of drive ratio as the research object. By using space vector method and adjusting yoke phase angle on both sides of intermediate shaft to improve drive ratio fluctuation, to reduce torque fluctuation during driving. Computer program for yoke phase angle optimization of intermediate shaft is compiled with matlab, and phase angle adjustment is realized with hard point coordinate of steering column. This method is used to optimization of phase angle of steering column intermediate shaft of a model, the adjustment result is identical with drawing phase angle.%对汽车转向系统中的双十字轴万向节节叉相位角调整方法进行了研究,以传动比的瞬时波动最小作为研究目标,应用空间向量方法,通过调整中间轴两端节叉相位角的办法改善传动比波动,以减小传动时的转矩波动.借助matlab编写了中间轴节叉相位角优化的计算机程序,通过转向管柱的硬点坐标实现了相位角的调整.将该方法运用于某车型转向管柱中间轴相位角的优化,调整结果与图纸相位角完全相同.
