建立了某型商用车前部结构的有限元模型,基于GTR法规对行人腿部保护的规定,采用正交试验设计方法进行碰撞模拟试验及参数灵敏度分析,找出了影响商用车行人腿部保护性能的主要设计参数,并从结构和造型角度提出了改进此款车型腿部保护性能的方法.%A finite element model of a commercial vehicle front structure is established in this paper. Based on the GTR (Global Technical Regulation) of Pedestrian Protection on lower leg impact, through orthogonal experiment design, parameter sensitivity analysis and crash simulation test, the research found out the main design factors influencing pedestrian protection on leg impact, and proposed improvement suggestions on the point of structure and style.
