营运客车行驶阻力及燃料消耗量试验研究

         

摘要

结合重型底盘测功机阻力设定对车辆滑行试验进行了动力学理论分析,根据GB/T 27840要2011对营运客车进行了道路滑行试验,得到了车辆滚动阻力系数及空气阻力系数。采用发动机万有特性工况、C要WTVC工况和高挡位等速行驶工况,分别在实验室虚拟工况、底盘测功机模拟工况和实际路面工况下获得了该车的燃料消耗量,并进行了比对分析。该分析结果可为解决目前重型商用车燃料消耗量试验中存在的突出问题及GB/T 27840要2011标准的后续修订提供参考依据。%In combination with the driving resistance setting of heavy-duty chassis dynamometer, dynamics theory analysis was carried out to the vehicle coast-down test, and coast-down test was carried out to the operating passenger coach according to GB/T 27840-2011, through which vehicle rolling resistance coefficient and air resistance coefficient were obtained. The fuel consumption ratio of this vehicle in lab virtual condition which is based on engine universal characteristics, chassis dynamometer simulation condition which is based on C-WTVC condition, real road condition which is based on high gear constant speed running condition has been studied respectively, which provides important reference for overcoming the prominent existing problems of fuel consumption of heavy-duty commercial vehicles and for subsequent revision of GB/T 27840-2011 standard.
