For level cascade control system,the PID algorithm is an effective control method,but it's difficult to determine precise mathematical model and make parameter tuning,control effect is not ideal.In this paper,PID algorithm and fuzzy control algorithms are combined to form an intelligent control algorithm-fuzzy PID algorithm.The algorithm is applied to the liquid level cascade control system,the PID parameters achieve the self-tuning and control quality is improved.The experimental results show that the fuzzy PID algorithm has good control effect in robustness and response time compared with the convertional PID algorithm.%利用传统的PID算法对双容液位串级过程系统进行控制时,由于双容液位过程的数学模型难以精确确定,控制器参数整定较困难,使得控制效果不理想.该文针对上述问题,将传统PID算法、智能模糊控制算法相结合,形成了一种智能模糊PID算法,将该算法运用到液位串级控制系统中,实现了PID参数的自整定,并且大大提高了控制质量.试验结果表明,模糊PID算法与传统PID算法的控制效果相比在鲁棒性和响应时间等方面有了较大的提高,具有一定的应用前景.
